It has been an absolute joy hosting you at Tippity Top! We hope your time in the Smokies was full of 5-star memories — whether you were spotting wildlife from the deck or perfecting the fine art of the afternoon nap.
We know checkout chores are about as welcome as a rainstorm on a hike, so we've kept our list short and sweet. Think of these less as rules and more as friendly requests that help our small family team get the cabin sparkling for the next adventurers.
A few friendly requests
The great trash relocation. Please tuck all garbage into the metal container outside — it keeps the local critters from thinking we've opened a 24-hour buffet.
The digital logout. Sign out of Netflix and any other streaming accounts on the TVs. Good news: if you set your checkout date when you started Roku Guest Mode, the TVs sign themselves out automatically on that day — but a quick manual sign-out never hurts.
Dishwasher duty. Just load it up and start the normal cycle. It's the easiest way to give the kitchen a little love before you go.
The final lock-up. Give all the doors a final check to make sure they're locked tight — see Unlocking the door for how the locks work. That keeps the cabin safe and sound until the next guests arrive.
That's it — no deep cleaning, no stripping beds. Just the basics. We so appreciate you treating the cabin with care.
Until next time
Thank you again for choosing Tippity Top for your getaway. We know there are a lot of cabins in these mountains, and it truly means the world to us that you spent your time in ours. Have a safe trek back down the mountain — may your car be full of great stories and zero “are we there yet” moments!
If you enjoyed your stay, that 5-star review is the ultimate souvenir you could leave us — and it helps families like yours find the cabin.
