We hold this cabin to a high standard, but every so often something slips by — and if it does, we want to know right away. If anything isn't right when you arrive, or an issue comes up during your stay, please tell us promptly so we can put it right while you're still here to enjoy the fix.
We'd also genuinely appreciate a heads-up about any accidents or damage, however small. It's never a problem — it just lets us act quickly so the cabin stays in great shape for the next guests. (More on how we handle that on the Breakages page.)
And it isn't only about problems: if there's anything you need to be more comfortable — an extra blanket, a piece of kitchen equipment you can't track down, a question about how something works — just ask. We can't promise we'll have everything, but we'll always do our best to make it happen.
