For small things — a broken glass, a chipped mug, a misplaced remote, a torn dish towel — we won't charge you a thing. We just genuinely appreciate an honest heads-up so we can replace or repair it when it's convenient. If you can, tell us what happened and where the item is, and we'll take it from there.
If something larger is damaged — furniture, an appliance, anything structural, or a major stain — we'll reach out to talk through a fair resolution. That's usually an agreed reimbursement, a repair we arrange, or, if needed, any applicable security deposit or insurance. We'll document it, share photos and estimates, and keep the whole process transparent and courteous.
