Welcome — we're so glad you made it up the mountain! Here's everything you need to know about timing your arrival.

Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Our keypad lock means there's no key to pick up and no one to meet — just head up whenever you arrive.

Arriving early?

We can sometimes arrange an early check-in, so if you're going to get here before 4:00, just reach out and we'll do our best — no promises, but we'll try. The honest answer depends on whether we've had a checkout that morning and how quickly our cleaning team can turn the cabin around.

Grab a bite, see a sight, and let us get the cabin perfect for you. It's time to kick back and start relaxing!

We're sorry, but we don't have a place to store luggage before check-in. If you arrive early, plan to keep your bags with you until the cabin is ready.

Arriving late?

No problem at all — check in as late as you like. Because we use an electronic keypad lock, you can arrive at any hour without coordinating with anyone. Your door code and step-by-step instructions are in the Unlocking the Door section.

Once you're in

Please take a look around and settle in. If anything isn't working, or you find something you didn't expect, let us know right away — don't wait. We'll do our very best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. We'd always rather hear about it now than read about it later.
