It has been an absolute joy hosting you at Tippity Top! We hope your time here in the Smokies was filled with 5-star memories, whether you were spotting wildlife from the deck or just perfecting the art of the afternoon nap. As much as we’d love to let you stay forever, the clock is ticking toward our 10:00 AM checkout. We know that “checkout chores” are about as popular as a rainstorm on a hike, so we’ve kept our list short and sweet. These aren’t just rules—they are “friendly requests” that help our small family team get the cabin sparkling for the next adventurers!

We loved hosting you and appreciate you treating the space with care. If you have any favorite moments from your stay or suggestions you’d like to share, we always welcome them—your input helps us keep the cabin comfortable and welcoming for families like yours. Travel safely, and please come back anytime — we’d be delighted to host you again.

If you have a spare moment before you hit the road, here is how you can help us keep the cabin in tip-top shape (and keep our cleaning crew from “bear-ly” making it through the day!):

  • The Great Trash Relocation: Please tuck all garbage into the metal container outside. This keeps the local critters from thinking we’ve opened a 24-hour buffet!
  • The Digital Logout: To protect your privacy (and ensure the next guest doesn’t accidentally binge-watch your favorite shows), please make sure you’ve signed out of your Netflix or other streaming accounts on the TVs.
  • Dishwasher Duty: Just load up the dishwasher and hit the “normal cycle.” It’s the easiest way to give the kitchen some love before you go.
  • The Final Lock-Up: Give those doors a final check to make sure they’re locked tight. We want the cabin safe and sound until the next guest arrives!
