Getting In
Get on the wifi

Tippity Top runs on Starlink, so the internet up here is genuinely fast — plenty for streaming, video calls, working remotely, and all your smart devices, on every floor and out on both decks.

A note on Starlink

Because Starlink beams down from satellites, very heavy storms or thick snow can occasionally cause a brief hiccup. It almost always clears on its own within a minute or two — see Troubleshooting below if it doesn't.

Dropping calls? Try Wi-Fi Calling

We have decent cell service at the cabin, but some carriers can be inconsistent up in the mountains. If your calls or texts are struggling, Wi-Fi Calling routes them over our fast internet instead. It's the single best fix for spotty signal.

Responsible use

Please use the internet responsibly — no illegal material may be viewed or downloaded on our WiFi. If our provider reports illegal activity, we're legally required to share the details of the guests staying at that time with the relevant authorities.

Troubleshooting

Our router lives in the locked owner's area, but we can check the connection and reset it remotely if needed — just text us and we'll take care of it. One thing to note: the internet won't work if the power is out at the cabin.
