No Smoking or Vaping

Please help us keep the cabin fresh and comfortable for all guests by not smoking or vaping anywhere inside the house. We understand some guests choose to smoke or vape, and there are plenty of outdoor spaces—porches, decks, and the parking lot—where this is allowed. If you choose to smoke outdoors, please be respectful: use ashtrays, fully extinguish and dispose of cigarette butts in trash containers, and avoid drifting smoke near open windows or doors.

Our cleaners inspect the property after every stay; they will notify us immediately if the house smells like smoke or if there is any evidence of indoor smoking or vaping. If smoking or vaping inside is detected, we charge a $500 cleaning fee to cover deep cleaning and odor removal. Please be especially cautious outdoors: the Smokies can experience severe fire danger at times, so fully extinguish and properly dispose of smoking materials to help prevent wildfires.
